Nishanth Chellu

Educational Background: BA (Hons) in Business & Management (UK), MBA (UK), Masters in International Business (US).
Nishanth Chellu, a seasoned tech expert and former Deloitte project manager, has seamlessly transitioned into the world of interior innovation, with a keen focus on reimagining workspaces. With over a decade of experience delivering enterprise-class business solutions powered by Salesforce, his background in business and management, strengthened by a BA, MBA, and a Masters in International Business, sets a strong foundation for his career achievements.
Although his role at Deloitte was marked by significant success, Nishanth was always drawn to the world of entrepreneurship. Intrigued by new ideas and driven by a passion for business, he pursued his dream by blending his interest in interiors with his entrepreneurial ambitions. This led him to create a flourishing brand specializing in office furnishings, known for its thoughtful design and functional, aesthetically appealing workspaces.
Building on this achievement, Nishanth ventured into a visionary project: developing an incubation center designed to serve as a collaborative hub for startups. Understanding the value of co-working spaces in promoting innovation and connection, he established a comprehensive resource for emerging businesses. His vision includes attracting venture capitalists (VCs), hosting collaborative workshops, and providing the essential resources to help startups thrive. Through his project management acumen and entrepreneurial drive, Nishanth has successfully transformed his vision into a catalyst for innovation, fostering a space where startups can flourish.

Karanam Chiranjeevi

Educational Background: Bachelor of Technology(Information Technology).
Karanam Chiranjeevi’s journey from tech enthusiast to entrepreneur embodies a balance of technical expertise and visionary thinking. With a Bachelor of Technology and a solid background in the IT industry, he developed a comprehensive understanding of technology. However, his entrepreneurial spirit was a constant motivator, inspiring him to explore new avenues.
Motivated by a desire to make a tangible impact, he co-founded Focus Factory, a company dedicated to co-working spaces. Recognizing the growing demand for flexible, collaborative work environments, Chiranjeevi saw an opportunity to create spaces that not only support innovation but also build a vibrant community.
